Lose belly fat and build a strong core with the plank exercise
The plank is a great exercise to condition your core and build resistance in the abdominal area. And the great thing about it is it doesn’t require any additional equipment and can be done everywhere!
How to do:
Step1: Get down in a prone position on the floor similar to the way you’d do for a push-up. I
Step 2: Instead of your palms, use your forearms to support your weight.
Step 3: Make sure your arms are bent and below the shoulders.
Step 4: Keep your back straight and hold this position as long as possible.
Step 5: Try and do at least three sets of 30 seconds each.
Do three sets of 20 reps to start off with it and gradually increase the time you spend holding the plank.
